Thank you for making our stay really comfortable. Caring staff, perfect location near a bus station to Kyoto station, shops. The food was always good. Bright and brand-new units with queen bed. Clean hotel and great service.

A stellar stay and great value. The breakfast was incredible with coffee, jam, fresh bread, butter and pastries, the bed was very comfy. All personnel was always available, so charming! I liked a convenient decor and vintage furniture. Having slippers and bathrobes was a bonus. Lovely location, really close to old Kyoto and so many attractions, however the area was uninspiring.
Checked the air conditioner and it was a bit noisy.

Breakfast was hearty, room was warm enough and generous-sized. The staff did all they can for a good stay. Hotel was spotless. There was an elegant restaurant, the shops and a market next door. Early check in and attentive service.

Well-equipped room, very very helpful staff, comfy bed. Very central location, not very far from pontocho. Plus it was max 15 mins walk to the lake. Efficient service, perfect restaurant on site. Free wifi was available throughout the property.
